Very good hotel for location as long as you like very hard beds, otherwise, look elsewhere.
Very close to Shin Osaka station for Shinkansen and limited express JR lines to other close cities. Good selection of eating places in train terminal but limited in general hotel area. Breakfast was buffet style with a very good variety of western and Asian foods.
Beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable.

Good hotel but I just bad luck about contact with bad staff.
The facilities are good. The room space is good for this price. Near Shin-Osaka station train and metro.
The woman staff has bad attitude. She sigh too much when talk to us and not control her bad expression. I got the smelly pillow and there is a few waiting chair at lobby.

Tight bathroom and attitude of one front desk staff. Property difficult to find the first time even with google maps.
